Allstate invented another way to keep drivers in Good Hands,
a roadside assistance program called Good Hands Roadside.
It was free to join and you didn't need to be a customer. But once part of the program, Allstate wanted to maintain a dialogue with you. So we created a CRM program that was in the same tone as Allstate's popular Mayhem character with a focus on the mayhem that happens on the road. Man vs. Road provided entertaining and helpful content in email and online and featured a Facebook game called "What's in the Trunk."
